枯草芽孢杆菌GB03与保水剂互作对小花碱茅生长和耐盐性的影响

摘 要:

本文将枯草芽孢杆菌菌株GB03和保水剂结合在一起, 研究其对盐生牧草小花碱茅生长和耐盐性的促进作用。结果发现, 在正常条件下, 添加保水剂和GB03的幼苗比对照地上部干重增加53.5%, Na+含量降低56.7%, K+含量增加64.3%, K+/Na+提高157.5%; 比单独添加GB03的幼苗地上部干重增加116.8%, Na+含量降低49.2%, K+含量增加119.1%, K+/Na+提高2.3倍。在400 mmol•mL-1 NaCl盐胁迫下, 添加保水剂和GB03的幼苗比对照地上部Na+含量降低19.6%, K+含量增加119.6%, K+/Na+提高162.7%, 渗透势降低44.7%; 比单独添加GB03幼苗地上部K+增加107.4%, K+/Na+提高120.7%, 渗透势降低10.2%。结果表明, 保水剂与枯草芽孢杆菌GB03结合能显著促进正常条件和盐逆境下小花碱茅的生长, 显著降低地上部Na+含量, 增加K+含量, 提高K+/Na+, 并降低了叶片渗透势, 从而有利于小花碱茅幼苗适应盐逆境。

Abstract:

In this work, the regulation of Bacillus subtilis GB03 and water retaining agent to growth and salt tolerance of halophytic grass Puccinellia tenuiflora was investigated. The results showed that, under normal conditon water retaining agent together with B. subtilis GB03 increased shoot dry weight by 53.5%, decreased Na+ content by 56.7%, increased K+ content by 64.3% and K+/Na+ by 157.5%, Compared to control; increased shoot dry weight by 116.8%, decreased Na+ content by 49.2 %, and increased K+ content by 119.1% and K+/Na+ by 2.3 folds, compared to GB03 treatment. Under 400 mol•L-1 NaCl condition, water retaining agent together with B. subtilis GB03 decreased Na+ content by 19.6%, increased K+ content by 119.6% and K+/Na+ by 162.7%, decreased osmotic potential by 44.7%, compared to control; increased K+ content by 107.4% and K+/Na+ by 120.7%, and decreased osmotic potential by 10.2%, compared to GB03 treatment.
